We order our fabrics in limited quantities to keep our waste low and support our sustainability initiatives. Our dedicated production process is time intensive and includes extraordinary levels of quality control to ensure every piece is made to last.
Sassi Holford garments are hand crafted in England. Our quoted delivery times allow us to both despatch from stock and to make-to-order. If you require a shorter delivery time than the one stated in Shipping, please email email@example.com for an accurate delivery estimate for any item.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive but please be aware that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
All EU orders are delivered with customs duty and sales tax pre-paid. Non-EU international orders are delivered duty paid but sales tax is the responsibility of the purchaser.
We accept a return for a Refund if we receive the item up to 14 days after the date of delivery, and for an Exchange or a Credit up to 28 days after the date of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able arrange collection of the items and provide all necessary information. Products from the same order must be returned at the same time. Returns are free and will be collected by DPD.
Sale items cannot be returned.
For a Refund the item must be in the original condition it left us, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all the labels and tags attached, in its original packaging and with the purchase receipt. All items are inspected upon return.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any of our face masks.
We are unable to supply prepaid shipping labels for international returns. We recommend you use a carrier that provides a tracking number and be aware that you will have to attach a customs declaration. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Once we have received the item it may take up to 14 days for the funds to be credited to your card account. Postage cost will not be refunded. Exchanges will be dependent on the replacement items being in stock. If any item is faulty or not as described your full consumer rights will be respected.

Our team of expert stylists are here to help you find your perfect outfit. We welcome our brides to bring up to three guests with them to their appointment. If you wish to bring a larger party, please contact the store beforehand. We charge a fee of £40 for all first appointments. You can reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before, but if you wish to cancel your booking fee will be used as an administration charge.
