Sassi Holford garments are hand crafted in England. Our quoted delivery times allow us to both despatch from stock and to make-to-order. If you require a shorter delivery time than the one stated in Shipping, please email email@example.com for an accurate delivery estimate for any item.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive but please be aware that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
All international orders outside of the EU are delivered duty paid but sales tax is the responsibility of the purchaser
We accept a return for a Refund if we receive the item up to 14 days after the date of delivery, and for an Exchange or a Credit up to 28 days after the date of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. Sale items cannot be returned.
For a Refund the item must be in the original condition it left us, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all the labels and tags attached, in its original packaging and with the purchase receipt. All items are inspected upon return.
Please fill in the Return Form you have received with your purchase and put it inside the box and use the returns label sent to you via email. Products from the same order must be returned at the same time. Returns in the UK are free, you just have to call DHL to arrange collection from your chosen address.
We are unable to supply prepaid shipping labels for international returns. We recommend you use a carrier that provides a tracking number and be aware that outside of the EU you will have to attach a customs declaration. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Once we have received the item it may take up to 14 days for the funds to be credited to your card account. Exchanges will be dependent on the replacement items being in stock. If any item is faulty or not as described your full consumer rights will be respected.
