Booking Fee & Rescheduling Policy
We charge a non-refundable fee of £45 for all first bridal appointments. This fee secures your dedicated appointment time with a professional stylist. You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours in advance. If you choose to cancel, the fee will be retained as an administration charge.
