Booking Fee & Rescheduling Policy
We charge a non-refundable fee of £45 for all first appointments.
The booking fee secures your dedicated appointment time with a professional stylist.
Up to 72 hours before your appointment you can reschedule or cancel it.
If you wish to cancel there will be a £20 administration charge.
