Delivery
UK – Complimentary shipping for all orders and delivered in 2-3 working days.
EU – £20 shipping fee and delivered in 3-5 working days.
US – £30 shipping fee and delivered in 5-7 working days.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you an estimate for when your package will arrive but please be aware that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Customs Duty and Sales Tax
All EU orders are delivered with customs duty and sales tax pre-paid. Non-EU international orders are delivered duty paid but sales tax is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
We accept a return if we receive the item up to 14 days after the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please email womenswear@sassiholford.com. We can arrange collection of the items or provide all necessary information for you to arrange it yourself. Products from the same order must be returned at the same time.
Sale items cannot be returned.
For a Refund the item must be in the original condition it left us, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all the labels and tags attached, in its original packaging and with the purchase receipt. All items are inspected upon return.
For international returns we recommend you use a carrier that provides a tracking number and be aware that you will have to attach a customs declaration. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Once we have received the item it may take up to 14 days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method. Postage cost will not be refunded. If any item is faulty or not as described your full consumer rights will be respected.
