Can I have an alternative colour or fabric?
If you wish to order a style in an alternative colour or fabric, please visit our womenswear store where we can show you fabric and colour options.
How long will my online order take?
We aim to deliver every online order within 3-6 weeks, and it can be quicker if we have the fabric in stock. If you have an event less than 6 weeks, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability before placing your order.
What size should I buy?
Select your nearest size using the Size Guide, linked on every product page. If you are unsure what size to order, visit us in-store or email email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
As part of your bespoke styling consultation, you will have measurements taken by our expert styling consultant. You will then be advised on the size to suit you whether that is a standard size, mixed standard sizes or made-to-measure.
Are there any special care instructions?
There are cleaning instructions on the care label in the garment. We recommend following these instructions to maximize the garment’s performance and lifespan.
Orders & Delivery
Do I need an account to place an order?
During check-out you can choose to open an account which makes it easier to follow up on your orders as well as placing future orders, but you can opt to place an order as a guest.
I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
What payment methods does Sassi Holford accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa). We do not accept American Express.
Secure payment is taken at the time of order by Stripe. All of the payment pages are provided directly by Stripe,
and the card information provided is never passed to Sassi Holford nor is it ever held on our server. All
transactions are in pounds sterling.
How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account and look in ‘Recent Orders’. If your order is not there and you have not received an
order confirmation email from us with a tracking link then you may not have successfully completed your
order. In this case please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do you ship?
We accept orders from every country that it is physically possible for our shipping partners to deliver to, but
we will not process any orders that have a pick-up point, parcel motel or PO box address provided.

What happens if the address is wrong?
If you have accidently ordered a parcel to the wrong or an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of the correct address. If you have already received a dispatch notification, the package should make its way back to us. Once received back it can be correctly delivered for the additional payment of any redirection costs.
