All of our products are designed and made by hand in Somerset, England.

What size should I buy?

Bespoke Bridal and Occasion Wear: A part of the luxury service you will receive instore is to have a full set
of measurements taken by a professional styling consultant. You will then be advised on the size to suit you
whether that is a standard size, mixed standard sizes or made-to-measure. Sassi Holford has developed
pattern blocks for differing customer age groups to achieve the perfect fit for all of her clients.

Ready-to-Wear: The renowned Sassi Holford cut and fit underpins her ready-to-wear products available on this
website. Once you have selected your size using the Size Guide linked to every product page, you can feel
confident the size will be the same for all the clothes you order from us. If you are unsure what size to order,

Are there any special care instructions?

There are cleaning instructions on the care label in the garment. We recommend following these instructions
in order to maximize the garment’s performance and lifespan.

Can I buy a wedding dress online?

No, because Sassi believes wearing a made-to-measure, perfectly fitted gown for your wedding day is a joy to
be treasured. Making an appointment with a Sassi Holford store or stockist is the first step on your wedding
dress journey.


Is there a fee for a bridal consultation?

We charge a booking fee of £40 for all bridal consultations at our London store to secure your exclusive appointment with one of our expert consultants. Our team is passionate and dedicated to turning your dress dreams into a reality and will gladly reschedule your appointment with up to 72 hours’ notice. If you wish to cancel your appointment at any point or to reschedule it with less than 72 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be used as an administration charge.


Where are your retail outlets?

We have Sassi Holford retail stores in South Kensington, London and Taunton, Somerset in the UK.

Do you have special promotions?

Yes, occasionally, and these will be promoted on the website and our social media channels. But the best way
to make sure you don’t miss them is to sign up to the Sassi Holford Newsletter – sometimes we make exclusive
offers to our newsletter list only.

Order Process

Do I need an account to place an order?

During check-out you can choose if you would like to open an account which makes it easier to follow up on
your orders as well as placing future orders. But you can opt to place an order as a guest.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

You can request a password reset on the Password Reset page. If you’d like to change the email address
associated with your account, please visit the Edit Account page.

What payment methods does Sassi Holford accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa). We do not accept American Express.
Secure payment is taken at the time of order by Payzone. All of the payment pages are provided directly by Payzone,
and the card information provided is never passed to Sassi Holford nor is it ever held on our server. All
transactions are in pounds sterling.

How do I check my order status?

Log in to your account and look in ‘Recent Orders’. If your order is not there and you have not received an
order confirmation email from us with a tracking link then you may not have successfully completed your
order. In this case please contact info@sassiholford.com.


Where do you ship?

We accept orders from every country that it is physically possible for our shipping partners to deliver to, but
we will not process any orders that have a pick-up point, parcel motel or PO box address provided.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Sassi Holford garments are hand crafted in England. Our quoted delivery times allow us to both despatch from
stock and to make-to-order. If you require a shorter delivery time than the one stated in Shipping, please email
info@sassiholford.com for an accurate delivery estimate for any item.

What happens if the address is wrong?

If you have accidently ordered a parcel to the wrong or an incorrect address, the package should make its way
back to us. Once received back it can be correctly delivered for the additional payment of any redirection
costs or we will refund the order but not the delivery costs.
