Booking Fee & Rescheduling Policy
We charge a non-refundable fee of £45 for all first bridal appointments. This fee secures your dedicated appointment time with a professional stylist. You can reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before but if you wish to cancel, your booking fee will be used as an administration charge.
