It has been such a joy to finally see our 2021 collection Asteria walk down the aisle. Hannah fell in love with Amber but made a bespoke adjustment to the neckline which made the dress perfect for her. Amber’s flowing skirt and bishops sleeve looked beautiful on Hannah. Congratulations Hannah and Lee on your special day! Thank you for letting us be part of it.
What made you choose a Sassi Holford gown?
When I first went shopping to Rachel Scott, I was totally clueless about what I wanted and tried on lots of different styles. I actually took little video clips of each dress to look back on after our first visit and as lovely as the other dresses were… none could beat Amber and those sleeves!! The material was gorgeous and the shape was just amazing. After a small change to the original neckline, it couldn’t have been more perfect and more me. I absolutely loved it.
What was the main inspiration behind your wedding?
We took a risk booking during the pandemic but thankfully it paid off. We just wanted to get married! The pandemic put a lot of things into perspective and all we wanted was to have our favourite people together and have the best day ever and thankfully that’s what we did (missing a few!).
What was your favourite moment from the day?
The whole day to be honest…I don’t think we could pick just one moment! Standing at the top of the isle looking at all our favourite people there just for us has got to be up there though. We had the best day!
