Luci and Ben envisioned a black tie affair at a venue with historical characteristics and a beautiful view. Elmore Court offered all of this and more, with 13th century features and surrounded by meadows, it gave them the elegant and classic wedding day they dreamt of. The groomsmen in black tie were complemented by olive green bridesmaids and Luci in a beautiful lace gown. A day described by the couple as full of love and positive energy.

What were your wedding day non-negotiables?
Great music throughout the day to set the vibe, flowing drinks and of course, an excellent photographer that can capture it all for you!
Why did you want to be a Sassi Holford bride?
Even before I was engaged I always knew I wanted a timeless dress with long sleeves. Sassi is the queen of long sleeve designs and all her dresses give a real timeless and elegant feel, therefore I just knew I had to be a Sassi bride!
How did the process of your bespoke wedding dress happen?
Taylor was the first dress I tried on in the Somerset store and I instantly had that emotional, warm feeling that everyone talks about when finding the dress therefore I knew Taylor was the one.
Due to the nature of the long sleeves I was worried that I wouldn’t have much freedom on the dance floor. I didn’t even think it would be an option to make the top detachable until it was suggested by the team. On the day it was a real statement entering the dance floor without the lace top and revealing the sweetheart bodice.
If you could live one part of your wedding day again, what would it be?
As cliché as it sounds it is difficult to pick one moment as we loved every second, however I think for me I would want to relive the magic on the dance floor again. I spent many moments just looking around the room taking it all in, watching the people I love having the best time was very special.
